Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized local collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our London studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
